Out of an abundance of caution for the band and fans, since the pandemic, there will be changes made to the Meet & Greet for all FOREIGNER VIP packages.  The Meet & Greet and photo with the band will be canceled but the band would like to offer VIP purchasers a photo opportunity ON THE BAND'S STAGE, as it is set for the show, (no band in photo) and get some inside information from Foreigner’s crew, about what goes on behind the scenes on a show day, AND a chance to ask the band a question, during an exclusive question and answer session with FOREIGNER band members!! You will also still receive your Limited edition tour poster, One specially designed stadium approved clear tote, exclusive to VIP package purchasers, Custom Cold As Ice water bottle, Specially designed Foreigner Vinyl Record Coaster Set, and Official VIP laminate.

VIP IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Package details subject to change without notice. Your merchandise items that are included in the package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show. All VIP tickets will be issued at the designated VIP check in location (or other designated location at the venue) prior to the show on the date of the event only.

CHECK-IN LOCATION & TIME INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED OUT BY VIP NATION (from [email protected]) 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE SHOW. If you have not received this 3 days before the show please contact us immediately ( [email protected] ). All packages are WILL-CALL only (ticket will be at VIP Nation check-in) except for in the states of NY, VA, or CT.

All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE outside the first 48 hrs. of purchase. All sales are final. You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER/ATTENDEE NAME on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER name on the order will be turned away. If you have any questions regarding the ticket portion of your purchase or have not received your confirmation email, please email [email protected] OR CALL 432.552.4437. FOREIGNER VIP Packages CANNOT BE RESOLD. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. Please check with the venue directly for any age restrictions.

Ticketing Policy

 

  • Postponed Shows: For shows that have been postponed due to the impact of the coronavirus AEG Presents will be offering ticketholders the opportunity to obtain refunds.  Refund requests will be honored for any postponed events once the rescheduled date has been announced.  Ticketholders will have 30 DAYS to request a refund on all rescheduled shows. 
  • Rescheduled Shows: For shows that have already announced a rescheduled date, the ticketholder will receive an email from their ticketing company starting on May 1 with instructions on how to refund their tickets.  They will have 30 DAYS from the time the email is sent to request their refund.  Tickets purchased AFTER the rescheduled date has been announced will not be eligible for this refund.
