If you have a question about the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center this is a good place to start. 

*Please note we have a clear bag policy. The clear bag size limit is 12" x 6" x 12," contents inside must be visible, and this policy includes diaper bags. The non-clear wallet-size limit is 8" x 3 x 5." 

ADA Accessibility

Seating for patrons with wheelchairs/walkers is available on each level. For special seating arrangements (aisle transfer seats, etc.) please call the Box Office at (432) 552-4437.

 

The auditorium is equipped with a wireless hearing assistance system.  Headsets are available at Will Call.  Go to the Will Call window for more information or to check out a headset. Hearing Assistance Units are available at the Will Call window at no charge with a photo ID.

 

With two-week advance notice Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center may be able to provide large-print/braille programs. Sign interpreters will be provided by Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center when given notice by patrons.

 

Due to limited space in the aisle and between rows, and in accordance with fire safety regulations, strollers & walkers may need to be stored during the performance. The theatre is equipped with removable seats to accommodate a wheelchair or motorized scooter. Please ask an usher for assistance in storing said items while you are in the theatre.

Administration Office

The Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center administration office is located on the West side of Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center. During normal business hours the admin office is open Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM CT. For Box Office hours.

 

The Administration and Box Office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

President's Day - 3rd Monday in February

Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
Juneteenth – June 19th

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Locations

An AED machine is located at First Aid, in the Southwest corner of the Grand Lobby. These portable models allow non-medical personnel to respond to a medical emergency where defibrillation is required.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 years of age and older, with proper identification. There is a two (2) alcoholic drink maximum per purchase per person. The termination of alcohol sales will be determined on an event-by-event basis.

 

Alcohol and all drinks purchased at Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center must be consumed within the building. All patrons exiting the building must \dispose of any unconsumed liquid prior to leaving. 

 

 

All guests should consume alcohol responsibly. Any guest who appears intoxicated may be denied entry or ejected. Any person under the age of 21, who is in possession of alcoholic beverages regardless of how they obtained the beverages, is subject to ejection without refund and arrest.

Animals

Animals are not permitted in Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center or Rea-Greathouse Recital Hall, with the exception of trained service animals. If you have further questions regarding animals in the venue, please contact us at (432) 552-4435.

ATMs

For your convenience, Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center has one (1) ATM located just off Grand Lobby, on the West side of the building.

 

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are located in the 1st-floor men's and all-level women's restrooms and in the family restrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors.

 

As of January 1, 2022, we now have a clear bag requirement. Clear bags are restricted to a size no larger than 12" x 12" x 6," this INCLUDES diaper bags. Contents inside the clear bag must be visible, i.e. cannot carry in a "purse/bag within a purse/bag."

 

Wallet size is limited to 8x5" in size. Backpacks are not permitted.

Backstage Passes

There is no backstage access unless provided by artist management. Passes are usually only provided by artist management or fan clubs to select recipients. Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center personnel cannot provide any artist tour information.

Bag Check

All bags entering Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center will be searched. As of January 1, 2022, we now have a clear bag requirement. Clear bags are restricted to a size no larger than 12" x 12" x 6," this INCLUDES diaper bags. Contents inside the clear bag must be visible, i.e. cannot carry in a "purse/bag within a purse/bag."

 

Wallet size is limited to 8x5" in size. Backpacks are not permitted. 

 

If a patron would like to bring in a blanket, they can and must carry it in without putting it in a bag.

Banners, Signs, and Noisemakers

For all events at Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center, the use and size of banners and signs will be at the discretion of the event organizer. Please contact Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center at (432) 552-4435 between 9:00AM -  5:00 PM Monday - Friday for specific details.

Booster Seats

Booster seats are allowed to be used at Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center. It is the guest's responsibility to provide their own booster seat for themselves or child. Wagner Noël PAC does not have booster seats for rent or purchase.

Box Office

The Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center Box Office is located on the Northwest corner of the building. The Box Office hours of operation are Wednesday - Friday 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM CT, hours will vary during holidays.

The Administration and Box Office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

Capacity

The Wagner Noël Theater, the main performance space of the Wagner Noël, seats up to 1,827 guests. The Rea-Greathouse Hall seats up to 192 guests for performances.

Cancellation or Postponed Events

Cancellation and Postponed Events – the following applies to tickets purchased through Wanger Noël Performing Arts Center (Etix)
 

  • Rescheduled Shows: For events that have been rescheduled, ticket holders will have a 30-day window from announcement of the new show date. If a customer chooses not to receive a refund, their tickets will be valid for the new date. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
  • Postponed Shows: For events that have been postponed, ticket holders will have the ability to request a refund 30-days after the rescheduled date has been publicly announced. All Etix ticket buyers will receive an email once a rescheduled date has been announced. If a customer chooses not to receive a refund, their tickets will be valid for the new date. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
  • Canceled Shows: In the rare chance an event is canceled, ticket holders for that event will automatically receive a refund for their order. This refund could take up to 30 days from the date the show has been canceled. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

**Please note this is a general policy. Each event will be different, all Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center (Etix) customers will be notified via email of the policy as it pertains to that event. **
 

**For customers who purchased tickets through a resale platform or distribution partner, the customer will need to seek a refund from the original resale platform or distribution partner.

Cameras / Photos and Recording Devices

Flash photography, cameras with a detachable lens, and video cameras are not permitted during ticketed events. This includes but is not limited to GoPros, tripods and camera stands of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks) are also not permitted inside the venue.

 

Cell phone use is discouraged and is considered to be distracting to other patrons’ experiences. Taking pictures with cell phones (without flash) is often allowed during an event, based on artists’ preferences. Inquires on photo policy can be made on arrival to the event on the day of the show to clarify the photo policy for that day’s show.

 

Patrons unable to comply with these policies may be asked to leave the building without refund or exchange from the building.

 

*Exception will only be made for working media with approved credentials and prior approval.

Cell Phones

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center encourages the use of cell phones as a mobile ticket. During performances, cell phones are silent, dark, and out of sight. Mobile phones are permitted for most events provided their use does not prevent other guests from enjoying the event. We encourage you to place your phone in vibrate/silent mode upon entry to Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center. Cell phone use as a camera or video device is discouraged as it is distracting to patrons.

 

Coat Check

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center does offer free coat check at the Will Call window inside the Grand Lobby. Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Credit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted at the Box Office and most concession stands.  This may vary from the merchandise stand(s) independently operated. (payment options may vary).

Cup Policy

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center requires that all beverages be consumed from the 16 oz souvenir cup. This cup can be bought at concession locations. This cup, with the lid, can be brought back and reused at future events. If you bring a cup without a lid, you will be required to purchase a new lid.

Door Time

Doors will open one hour prior to show time. 

Drones

For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft on Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center property is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

 

Drop Off and Pick Up Location

The designated drop-off and pick-up location for guests is located in front of the main entrance, using the circle driveway.

Ear Protection

Disposable ear-plugs are also available upon request (based on availability) by asking an usher.

 

Elevators

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center has two (2) elevators located on the West side of the building within the Grand Lobby.

 

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency where evacuation of the building is necessary, you will be informed via public address announcement. Please remain calm and walk towards the nearest exit. Follow posted signs, staff instructions and listen for announcements for specific information.

In the instance of severe weather or other outside threats, you will be directed via public address announcement to remain inside the building and staff will direct you where it is safe to seek shelter.

Exit

Upon exiting the building all guests must pour out the liquid in their cups into a trash can (regardless of if the liquid is alcoholic or not) or throw away the cup prior to exit. This is due to our TABC license. 

Family Restrooms

Family restrooms are located on the 1st and 3rd floors.

First Aid

For your safety, Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center's full-time staff is American Red Cross Certified in first aid and CPR in case of emergency. The First Aid station is located in the Southwest corner of the Grand Lobby.

Food and Beverage

Guests can enjoy a variety of snack mixes from the concessions throughout the building. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (Coca-Cola products) and bottled water are available at the concessions throughout the building. The variety of beverages vary from show to show and will feature domestic and imported beers, and liquor.  Please note that peanuts are sold at our facility and stored with peanut-free foods.

Graduation

We are excited to host you for an upcoming graduation at Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center! Things to note:

  • Open seating on the 1st Floor of the theatre
  • Doors open one hour prior to the ceremony
  • No outside food or beverages

Items NOT Allowed

  • Balloons
  • Glass (flower or candy vases)
  • Wrapped gifts (gift bags allowed - subject to search)
  • Noisemakers
  • Laser pointers
  • Large signs
  • Strollers *If necessary, baby carriers will be allowed in the theatre if placed in a seat and are not allowed to occupy the aisles or walkways of Wagner Noël PAC.

Handouts / Flyers / Promotional Sampling and/or Signing

The distribution of promotional items, samples, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center property. Please contact info@wagnernoel.com for inquiries.

Late Arrival

Seating policies vary by performance.  As a courtesy to performers and audience members, latecomers may be seated during a suitable pause in the performance.

 

Lost and Found Items

Found items will be held by staff members on duty during performances. Following the performances, items may be claimed at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center’s administrative office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM. Please call (432) 552-4435.

 

Lost Children or Companions

Lost children should be escorted to the nearest Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center team member. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest team member for assistance.

 

Masks

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center highly encourages masks for those who are immune comprised. We ask that patrons be respectful of each other’s choices.

 

Meet & Greet

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center does not process meet and greet requests. Please contact the individual artist or team through their website or visit the individual event page for information on the artist’s VIP package opportunities.

Merchandise

Numerous merchandise or novelty stands may be available throughout the main lobby during events. Guests who purchase a beverage while at Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center will receive a reusable souvenir cup. Guests can also purchase cup koozies at each bar stand during events.

 

Outside Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center. Beverages, including soda, water, wine, beer, and liquor, are available for purchase in the lobby. Refreshments are sold in reusable souvenir cups (allowing patrons to take them inside the theatre) and are available for purchase one-hour prior to performances. Concession areas are located on the first floor and, for some events, on the upper lobby.

 

Parking

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center offers complimentary parking for all events.

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center has a select number of prohibited items that cannot enter the facility. These items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Backpacks
  • Balloons
  • Banners or signs
  • Baby carriages, unless a ticket is purchased for the baby carrier to occupy a seat
  • Cameras or recording devices, approved and credentialed media excluded
  • Canvas bags
  • Confetti / Streamers
  • Contraband / Illegal Substances
  • Explosive devices including and not limited to fireworks, poppers, cap guns
  • Glass
  • Helium balloons and inflatable balls
  • Illicit/Illegal drugs
  • Knives with blades larger than 3.5"
  • Laser pointers
  • Noisemakers
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Strollers (For cases with special needs children please contact the box office in advance.) Umbrella strollers (strollers that fold up and can fit underneath our seats) will be allowed. 
  • Tobacco products, including vapes (juuls, etc.) 
  • Tripods and camera stand of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks)
  • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, ads, flyers inside the venue or in parking areas without prior consent from Wagner Noël PAC management

**All Entry Constitutes Consent to Search**

Re-Entry

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center does allow re-entry, guests that exit the building must have their ticket(s) for re-entry. Upon re-entry, guests will have to go through bag check at the main doors. 

 

Guests who exit the building cannot bring drinks purchased at the Wagner Noël PAC (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) with them outside of the building. If the patron wishes to bring the cup outside with them they must first pour out the liquid and are not allowed to bring any additional liquid back upon re-entry. 

 

This is subject to change for concerts and family show events if requested by event management.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on the West side of Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center on each level next to the elevators. For family restrooms, please visit the respective section.

 

Security

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center staffs both in-house private security and police officers to provide security before, during, and after events. Depending on the current Homeland Security National Threat Advisory, Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center will base event security upon that level along with the performer's security requirements.

 

Smoking

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center, in conjunction with the University of Texas Permian Basin, is a non-smoking, non-tobacco facility. Including, but not limited to, cigarettes, vape, chewing tobacco, and dipping tobacco. This includes electronic cigarettes and chewing tobacco.

 

Special Seating Accommodations

Seating for patrons who use wheelchairs and walkers is available on each level of the theatre. For special seating arrangements please call the Box Office at (432) 552-4437.

 

Strollers and Baby Carriers

Strollers that collapse into seat carriers & smaller umbrella strollers are allowed. Umbrella strollers must be stored under a seat, where room allows or must be checked in by an usher.

 

Carriers are allowed only if it can be placed in a seat adjacent to a ticket holder if the carrier seat has been purchased.

Tickets

Tickets for Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center can be purchased online at www.Etix.com, at the venue Box Office, or by calling Etix at (800) 514-4430. Etix is the only authorized ticket-selling agent of Wagner Noël Performing Arts. Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained from any other source. Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center will not honor counterfeit or invalid tickets. 

 

All patrons of Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission, including children and infants carried in arms. Strollers are not allowed in the building. Please note that most ticketed events at Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center are not appropriate for preschool-age children.

 

There are no refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased. If an event is canceled and rescheduled, patrons will receive the new performance information through the email address provided at the point of sale. If a performance is canceled and is not rescheduled, Wagner Noël will issue a full refund.

Water Fountains

Water fountains are located on the 1st and 3rd floors next to the restrooms and elevators on the Southwest side of the building.

Wheelchairs

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center offers wheelchair escorts for guests who may need assistance to and from entrances and/or seats.  Please see an usher or Will Call staff for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event.

Wheelchairs and walkers cannot be kept in the theatre, as there is no room in the aisles or in between rows. Please ask an usher for assistance in storing said items while you are in the theatre.

 

WiFi

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center offers public wifi access on the network  “wnpac_guest”. No password is required.

Will Call

Tickets for events at Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center may be picked up at the Box Office during normal hours of operation. Will Call will open one hour prior to showtime at the Will Call window inside the Grand Lobby.
 

Please bring a valid photo ID used to purchase the tickets to claim your tickets.
