Join Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center as we team up with Midland County Centennial Library for a PAW Patrol Day! This free event will feature a PAW Patrol story time followed by creating your very own PAW Patrol Badge. We will be giving away a family 4 pack of tickets to PAW Patrol Live!
