• Stroller and Baby Carriage Policy: Due to the Wagner Noël PAC’s building fire code, strollers are not permitted in the lobby or theater. The only exception is collapsible, folding car seat/stroller combos (e.g., Doona) that can fit within a standard seat. Strollers for children with special needs can be accommodated—please contact our box office for assistance.
