Rita has been volunteering since she was a young girl, and it’s clearly a huge part of who she is. She has dedicated over 1,500 volunteer hours at our venue and is approaching nine years of service. Volunteering feeds her soul and gives her the chance to experience things she might not otherwise get to. She has worked on countless concerts, plays, and recitals. Her very first event was Greater Tuna, and she still remembers how much she laughed. Some of her favorites have been Josh Turner, Olivia Newton-John, and various tribute shows. Rita loves helping patrons have a great time, and you can always catch her dancing along with the music. She’s truly an asset to our volunteer team, and over time, we’ve become like a second family to her!
